Tuition and Financial Aid

St. Lawrence School is committed to providing financial aid to families who desire a Catholic education for their children. We believe every child should have the opportunity to receive an excellent Catholic education in a safe, loving, and faith-filled environment.

Table with the 2024-2025 school year tuition and fees. The annual tuition for grades TK-8 is $13,750. There is a $250 discount per student if making a single tuition payment by 7/1/24
 

Registration Fee:  The registration fee is $550 per student and is charged to TADS in February for the following school year. The registration fee is $700 per student for families who register in March or later.

Payment Plans: Saint Lawrence Elementary and Middle School offers four payment plans:

  • Single payment due July 1, 2024

  • Semi-annual installments due July 1, 2024 and December 1, 2024

  • 10 installments due monthly July 2024 – May 2025 (except February 2025), on the 1st, 5th, 15th, or 20th  of each month 

  • 11 installments due monthly July 2024 – June 2025 (except February 2025),  on the 1st, 5th, 15th, or 20th  of each month

Sibling Discounts:  Families with two students enrolled will receive a $1,000 discount. Families with three students enrolled will receive a $1,500 discount.  Families with four children enrolled will receive a $2,000 discount. 

Additional Fees: Sports fees, field trips, club fees, and extended care are charged in addition to tuition and registration. These costs vary depending on your students’ academic classes and the programs in which your student participates.


Financial Aid Application

Applications for financial aid are available each January. If your family would like to apply for financial assistance, please complete the Tuition Aid Data Services (TADS) online application. The application and required documentation need to be submitted by February for the upcoming school year.

Supporting Documentation

To complete your application, please ensure the following supporting documentation is submitted to TADS online by the February 15 deadline:

  • Household members' most recently completed federal tax forms (1040)

  • The 2022 and 2023 W-2's from each job held by household members

  • Most recent pay stub from each job held by household members

  • Documents that establish the amount of miscellaneous monthly or yearly income you currently receive (i.e., welfare, food stamps, unemployment, workers' compensation, etc.)

  • All corporate, partnership, and trust forms if a household member owns 20% or more interest in a corporation, partnership, or trust


The BASIC Fund Scholarship

The BASIC Fund (Bay Area Scholarships for Inner-City Children) provides scholarships to new students entering kindergarten through eighth grade. This financial support is intended for families enrolling a child at a private school for the first time. The awards are based on household size and income, awarding up to $2,500 of the tuition cost per child each school year.
